The dashboard will enable tracking international assistance against the key dimensions of peacebuilding and statebuilding in line with the New Deal Peace- and State-building Goals

At a high-level ministerial breakfast meeting, co-hosted by South Sudan, Timor-Leste, and Denmark the note from the co-chairs informed the discussions.

Minister Christian Friis Bach, co-Chair of the International Dialogue on Peacebuilding and Statebuilding, and Mr. Helder da Costa, representing Minister Emilia Pires, co-Chair of the International Dialogue and Chair of the g7+ attended the “New Deal for Somalia” conference in Brussels on 16 September 2013. They welcomed progress in Somalia, the use of the New Deal as a guiding framework for a country-led and country-owned transition, and the adoption of a compact as a key vehicle for partnership and to support a successful transition.
